In 1998, we moved to Nairobi, Kenya with Africa Inland Mission and worked at Tumaini Counseling Centre that services missionaries throughout the continent of Africa. In 2003 we made the move to Vienna, Austria with Barnabas International, providing Mobile Member Care to Central Asia, Eastern Europe and Africa. We moved in 2006 to Carlisle, England, partnering with OM under International Member Care traveling globally providing missionary care. In 2010 we developed TeamWorks, a preventative tool for cross-cultural teams, and presently serve as lead facilitators for the ‘TeamWorks’ training In 2012 we moved back to the States and live in Chattanooga, Tennessee USA. When we return from overseas trips we nod as we each go about renewing our energy in opposite ways; the Extrovert calls to catch up with her friends over coffee; the Introvert goes out to be as alone as he can, pulling weeds in his garden or watching English Premiership. Being parents to three, married, adult children means having seven, delightful grandchildren.
