James and Jen are missionaries with Barnabas International with a calling to shepherd the hearts of global workers. Jen grew up as a missionary kid in Spain and James’ parents were missionaries in Nicaragua. James and Jen met on a summer missions trip in Venezuela in college and then served for 8 years in Quito, Ecuador with Reach Beyond. They joined Barnabas in 2015 and encourage workers serving around the globe through online calls and in-person visits. They also serve as the directors of Staff Care and Development for Barnabas International. They have three children, Kaleigh, Andrew and Gracie. They live in Noblesville, Indiana.
